• Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a sauté pan, cook sausage on medium heat until brown and cooked through.
  • Slice onion and caramelize in a frying pan on medium high heat, about 10 minutes.
  • Spread pepper jelly on your flatbread. Top with onion, sausage, shredded manchego cheese, arugula, and drizzle with honey.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
