Orzo Pasta Salad
Orzo Pasta Salad is simple, quick and easy to make. Make this recipe for a flavorful side to your weeknight meal. Mix in some grilled pork or chicken to add protein!
What you need
- In a pot of boiling water cook the orzo pasta for approximately 6 minutes or until tender
- Drain and allow to cool
- Dice red and yellow bell peppers.
- Chop the green onion and half the teardrops tomatoes and cube the blue cheese
- Chop the parsley and basil and add all these ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the Orzo, vinegar, oil and season with salt and pepper
