• Quarter the tomatoes, remove seeds, dice and put into a mixing bowl
  • Finely chop your onion and add to mixing bowl
  • Add the sliced black olives, red wine vinegar, and sugar to the tomato mixture
  • Gently stir the ingredients
  • Chill the mixture for an hour before serving
  • Slice your French bread and place on a serving plate
  • Spoon the mixed ingredients, covering each sliced piece of bread
  • Sprinkle with parsley
