Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing
Flavor is key in this dressing, add it to salads, meats and more!
What you need
1 head Romaine Lettuce
oil (to brush pan)
½ cup mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup blue cheese
½ lb. bacon (cooked set aside- reserve some oil)
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
salt & pepper
Method
Print
Cook Bacon until Crispy. Remove from heat, let cool, and crumble the bacon.
In a medium mixing bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt & pepper and mix until smooth.
Fold in the blue cheese and bacon along with a small amount of bacon fat for flavor.
Add small amounts of water to get desired dressing consistency.
Refrigerate until needed.
