• Cook Bacon until Crispy. Remove from heat, let cool, and crumble the bacon.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt & pepper and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the blue cheese and bacon along with a small amount of bacon fat for flavor.
  • Add small amounts of water to get desired dressing consistency.
  • Refrigerate until needed.
