• Boil water and cook your pasta according to package instructions and rinse under water to cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and ginger together and chill.
  • Prep your veggies.
  • In a serving bowl, toss your veggies and sauce with the pasta.
  • Sprinkle a good amount of sesame seeds and top with green onion.
