• Pre – heat oven 350° F.
  • Peel and de-seed the pumpkin.
  • Boil until tender about 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain well and crush.
  • Season the crushed pumpkin with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and then add the cheddar cheese.
  • Put mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
