Blueberry Zucchini Bread
This is a recipe to sneak those fruits and veggies in!

What you need
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 2 loaf pans and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. Fold in the shredded zucchini.
- Mix in flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. After all is combined gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter between the two baking pans. Bake for 50- 60 minutes. Or until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
