Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing

What you need
Method
- Cook Bacon until Crispy. Remove from heat, let cool, and crumble the bacon.
- In a medium mixing bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt & pepper and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the blue cheese and bacon along with a small amount of bacon fat for flavor.
- Add small amounts of water to get desired dressing consistency.
- Refrigerate until needed.
